Bathroom fitter recommendations - The Shed

I have just ripped out my bathroom in my new house ( in greenock) and am going to buy a new bathroom from victor paris.

The recomended fitter from v paris has quoted me 4.5k to do the lot. This involves tiling the walls and floor, installing shower base, fitting a fixed head shower into ceiling new toilet, sink towel radiator, fitting new extractor as well as new spotlights along with replastering ceiling.

The problem is in all my previous house moves I've never redone the bathroom.

Is this reasonable? I need a good fitter as the materials are expensive
