Bath and Body Works Amber Blush, perfect for fall!
Combine a sale, coupons for freebies and a fab new fall scent and what do you get? Me, with a stash of Bath and Body Works newest scent addition in Amber Blush! It’s the perfect balance of floral, fruity, and seductive! I grabbed the shower gel, body cream, body spray and edt mini spray.
Top Notes:
- bergamot, mandarin, raspberry champagne
Middle Notes:
- jasmine, gardenia, star anise, apricot nectar, magnolia blossom
Base Notes:
- creamy vanilla suede, crystallized amber, golden sandalwood, soft musk
Looking at the notes alone, you might think this would be a heady floral. It’s not! It’s absolutely the perfect balance of lightness from the top notes and sweet from the middle notes, while the base notes make Amber Blush seductive and playful! I found when I layered the scent it lasted most of the day for me as well.
At the store I was informed that the formula has changed, and it contains more shea. Honestly, I couldn’t tell a difference. Then again, I didn’t find anything wrong with the previous formula! I will say I’m not a big fan of the new shower gel and body lotion bottle shapes. It’s just looks akward to me. And the cap is too square, but that is just my taste. It’s what’s inside that counts, right?!
