Airport Lounges - A Yelp List by Christina C.
This is probably the best Priority Pass lounge that I've been to. It was pretty snazzy and looked clean and modern. I was catching a 10:30am flight out of Heathrow and got to the lounge around 9:15am for a quick breakfast/snack. They had a good assortment of fruits, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and juices out and the bar was open. There was also a nice coffee machine if you wanted an espresso, americano, etc.
I thought the best part of the lounge was the fact that they had a complimentary menu that you can order food off of. The selection is not that great.. they only had 5 or 6 breakfast items, but the food tasted decent and it's still much better than most other Priority Pass lounges that barely offer any food (if any at all). I basically had a feast - I ordered the kedgeree, beans with toast, and a bacon sandwich. The kedgeree was very interesting. It's rice with smoked fish and a poached egg, and the entire dish is flavored with curry powder and probably some other spices. I didn't eat the poached egg since runny eggs sometimes upset my stomach and I didn't want that happening right before a flight, but the rest of the dish was good! The baked beans on toast and bacon sandwich were also good, but pretty standard tasting.
I was only in the lounge for about 30 minutes, so I didn't get to fully enjoy all the amenities. I took a quick walk around and I saw that there was a cinema room, a room for kids, and also an area that is for "reserved guests only". There was a lot of seating, but I can definitely tell that the lounge gets crowded. I would not rate this place on the same level as Centurion lounges, but it's a great place to check out if you have Priority Pass.
